ok...the car was bought in this condition...we're just trying to fix it
my bro has a 99 civic cx hatch with a b16 swap
the b16 i believe is from a 99-00 si...obd2?
running stock si p2t ecu and EX wire harness
not running a cat, so there is no secondary o2 sensor, so i believe this may be a reason for this but
the CEL is on and is throwing out 3 codes...

1 O2A - Oxygen sensor #1
45 Fuel system too rich or lean
65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater wire (black wires)

can someone give us some info on how to get rid of this CEL codes...
our guess would be putting a cat and 2nd o2 sensor on...but was seeing u guys input...

try getting one of the 02 sensor replacments that trick the computer into thinking it has the 2nd 02

 

o2 simulator^^^^^

change your primary o2 and that will probably take the #45 away. if it doesnt, change the fuel filter as well
