In auto parts stores they have engine flush, $5.. add it to the oil, run it for 5min, then drain and flush it with about half as liter.. If you still have milky oil after driving with the fresh oil change your back to square one..

Gasoline is a bad idea. It will avoid the water (milkshake), but disolve into the oil - acting like a degreaser. Then you could potentially have a metal-metal contact between some bearings, and the 1st few seconds you crank the motor - they'll be toast.

Just flush it now, and again a couple dozen miles later if still present. As long as its not too much, it will remain as a residue on certain surfaces and at the bottom of the pan. Only a few auto-x'ing laps would agitate it enough to get sucked up.

Buy some cheap oil at the same time you run the engine flush stuff (Like really, really cheap oil, the cheapest they have). Run the engine flush stuff, and then after you drain the oil, pour a big jug of the cheap oil slowly through the engine and wait for it to drain out of the bottom. You should be good to go after that.
