Default oil leak?

Ok recently i removed my oil filter for a change, 4th change since i rebuilt the motor. I'm using a GE sandwich adapter to feed my head. The car started to leak oil and smoke (oil leaking onto the back of the header) after i changed the oil. It only leaks oil when running. I tightened the oil filter, seeing as there was oil on the half shaft the tranny brace, the flywheel dust cover and just about everywhere on the back side. The car still leaked.

I bought a 1" socket and tightened down the GE sandwich plate and it still leaked.

I have a drop light, and doing my best to get it down into the motor i was able to see the block is very clean. There is no oil on the back of the block aound the adapter, and the adapter itself is very clean. There is no oil residue on it. The oil filter is also very clean, there is no residue on it.

I havent retourqed my headstuds since build, but have been told that unless there is an issue it is not necesarry. I was first worried about my oil orifice possibly leaking, but there is no oil residue on the sandwich adapter, the filter, or the block above the aforementioned items.

The oil feed line coming off of the adapter plate is very clean, possibly cleaner than when i put it in

The oil leaks onto the half shaft, the header, the flywheel dust cover, the tranny brace (that goes to the firewall or the shifter area), and along the length of the tranny-block connection.

more info and i will try and get pics, but the car isn't very high off the ground

It appears as though oil is leaking off of the black pcv box. The oil feed line for the head is all i can see above the pcv box, but it is not leaking/dripping/showing any signs of having touched oil.

Where could this be coming from?

make sure that box is tight. if it gets loose it can cause some headaches.
