Greetings, My start on my 98 civic is not working very well and i am wondering if its going out or if there could be another issue. First thing in the morning it will start no trouble. however after driving if i shut it down it wont start again. It will click but nothing happens. The battery is fine, no other issues. So is the started on its way out, or could it be a relay or something?

 

alrightie found the problem, just had corrosion on the ground.

I have the same problem on my 91civic. It can start easily in the morning. But when I drive to a place and shut down for a while, it can not start espacially in hot afternoon. I have to wait for a long time until it cools down to start.

Could you please give me infromation about your answer?
