Default Smoking 99 Civic Taillights?

I heard you can just get a film to place right over them. Can I pick this up a local checker?

Also, I really hate my 99 tail lights. I am not a fan of the orange and ****.

And advice for headlights as well? Just buy a new pair w/ angel eyes?

You are mixing stuff all up here man. If you are talking about your tail lights and you have a 99-00 civic, the tail lights are red/white. Exactly the same as the tail lights that came on a 99-00 civic si. If you're car is a 96-98, your tail lights are red/yellow/white.

Headlights are also year specific and you can not interchange the headlights without changing the whole front end. In other words, 96-98 headlights are different and will not fit a 99-00 front end.

As far as the projectors go, do what you want. But even if you think those "look cool" right now, they will fade and look like your own urine with a few months of sun damage on them. The smart thing to do would be to stick with OEM headlights. Whether it be JDM, USDM, EDM, etc. There are a few good choices, and they will actually be good quality parts.

Hmmm....alright.

Well, I would like to stick to JDM. Any recommendations?
But I'm pretty damn sure my 4D is 99 and the tail lights are RED/YELLOW/WHIE.

I'm pretty sure there's red/white tailights for four door '99-'00 Civics that you could find on eBay.

Oh, and I too recommend you sticking with OEM headlights, regardless of which continent they're based from. OEM = always good.
