Default Yellow Fogs

how do you guys paint or tint ur fog lights yellow?

Krylon Stained Glass Spray-Paint??

what else is there you can use?

there's a film you can get you can put on the fogs.. or you could buy them w/ the yellow tint already, like the si vtec fogs! The paint would work to but the yellow film would work best IMO

there is cans of paint at hobby stores, you can order it in a film, and you can buy auto paint for it.. i would think the film would be the best way too do it.

i want something that will cover the lightbulb not the whole light assembly just the bulb only... and wont the paint melt since the lightbulb gets really hot?

If you paint a bulb you are asking for a possible fire.

Lamin-x covers the lens of the fog light housing. Visit their website and read about it...

LAMIN X

And if you don't want to do that, search for the appropriate bulbs that go in your fog lights, but in an amber color.

why dont you just get the bulb covers found on the legends...

also they are on the 1989 and 1991 preludes. i took the caps off the lude and put them on my teg. it looks pretty fresh and its looks totally stock un til i hit the switch.

i think they acutally sell the kits now to

I hope im not asking a dumb question, but i have my 98-01 fogs on with the yellow vynl and i think they are too bright. Is it legal?

I'm not sure if it depends on where you live or not. In CT, I think they can be as bright as you want, as long as they are below the headlights. Anything above the headlight is illegal for street use.
