yellow tinted headlights..affect visibilty?

yellow tinted headlights..affect visibilty?
i saw an ek with yellow tinted headlights and i thought it looked good. He put yellow tape **** on it tho, i was planning on taking mine apart and spraying the inside with yellow stained glass paint. The main question is will it affect visibility and if so , how much?

yea i kinda think that to, but no cops have said anything about my bright *** yellow city lights.

City Lights are differnt than your headlamps. Check your local agency to see if it is indeed illegal. The yellow output is going to emit less visible light than the white though.

i know that city lights are different than headlamps im just saying that no cops have said anything to me.
