Default HONDA-TECH help needed.....2 years and still not fixed

I have a 92 hatch with the GAY d15b. I installed this motor over 2 years ago and still have'nt worked out the last kink being the idle. IT idles WAAAY to low and very erratic. It has had a crappy idle since I've had the motor. Today after getting tired of sitting at redlights holding the throttle open I wanted to clean the IACV. This is'nt the first time I've done this. So I took it apart and cleaned it wtih some carb cleaner. I let it sit for about 15 minutes and reinstalled it. I reset the ECU and turned the car on. I immediately got 2 CELs, code 14(IACV) and code 17 (speed sensor). I replaced the speed sensor a year ago and it has'nt given me problems since. So anyways at first startup it idled PERFECT but soon started to bog down to about 100-200. If i turned on the A/C the car would shut off. Some things to note are I have the idle screw all the way open. If i turn it to close it the car just shuts off. I had the alternator replaced a year ago but the screw that tightens the belt is broken so the belt could use tightening.

Ok I'm very thankful to anyone that helps......

he's saying to create another vacuum source for the engine. Which is silly and wrong.

Which ECU are you using?
the AICV code is present all the time? This will cause the car to idle really low.
The speed sensor code will cause it to run funny also.

if you have a JDM D15b (the 130hp version) you should be running right with the z6. If you have the P07(VX) version you should be enjoying 45mpg or more.
If you have the USDM D15b8, then umm, I'm sorry. Mini-me head swap.

p28 ecu.

The IACV code did'nt throw until after I cleaned it.
The Speed sensor code has'nt thrown in a year and it came with the IACV code.

very weird......
