weld through primer?
all it is, is a can of zinc based paint, and it is used for galvanize repairs...
something is galvanized, the weld breaks, you fix it/re weld it, and instead of re dippin it in the galvanize tanks, they spray over the repaired area with this....
i worked in the galvanizing industry for a while, i was the guy "dippin" the **** in the gigantic molten pot of zinc (aluminum, and nickel was also in the "pot") with overhead cranes, and i occasionally broke ****.. and the other guys would fix it...

right.
Zinc spray is something else.
weld through primer is primer that allows to be welded through it without it burning off and thus it makes a barrier that is more protective than just welding it and painting it afterwards. I use weld through primer in all of my repairs.
