I had the same problem with my obd2 b16 in 89 crx. Or thats what I thought cause it wouldnt start, but if I sprayed some starting fluid in the t/b it would run rough for a couple seconds. turned out it was the dizzy wired up wrong. Fixed that and it fired right up.

Sorry I diddent get enough information I was in a rush to leave my house.

Ok here's the deal I have tested all wires and all chacked out fine as far as the dizzy wich I wired 4 different ways. All the obd1 injectors get the pulse of power needed to fire them and are connected properly to the fancy obd1 connection plug instead of resistor box. But here is the deal they won't spray out all the way like normal. But it seems like every other time it reciaves siglan the squirt out barely any fuel.(enough to turn the **** over and try to start and make me try for 30 minutes lol) im pretty sure now that I have tripple checked the wiring that the injectors are bad. Ill swap them tomorrow and update this thread. Its a d15b btw. Baller clutch and flywheel, going for boost later
