Ask Katman, he told me once, but I neglected to write it down.

The fuel pump relay wire is at A16 on the '99-'00 Civic.

The fuel pump relay wire is at A15 on the '00-'01 Integra.

If you are trying to use a '00-'01 Integra ECU in a '99-'00 Civic you will need to remove the immobilizer and move A16 to A15.

What is involved in removing the immobilizer?

well acura said I could wire up the imobi in my car so I baught the imobi box's and what not. BS there is no way we tried for like 3 hours the only way is to get a ITR full electical wire harness for the whole car so after going balistic at the dealer I got them to exchange it for a 98ITR ecu and give me a Best of Motoring vid for free
