Right Side Wheel Vibration? Diagnosiage anyone?
I have 97 base model prelude that has been lowered about an inch and is riding on stock wheels. So the problem is when i get up to speed or accelerate my front right side wheel will have this vibrating shake kinda like a wobble that gets real bad at highway speeds and will vibrate so bad that i can feel the vibration in my seat while driving. It will also sometimes make a squeaking noise. This problem usually seems to come and go and varies in severity. I was searching on honda-tech and i thought maybe wheel bearing? What do u guys think?

yeah maybe a bad tire or loos lugnuts like the dude above said.. take it to your nearest tire shop. and tell them the problem maybe its the balancing. hope it all workout
you could have a broken belt in the tire, an unbalanced wheel and or a bent wheel, or maybe a warped rotor which is a problem i had before i balanced my tires MYSELF so i knew they were good atleast 3 different times i looked at brakes and they appeared fine so i decided to cut my rotors and the incredibly horrible shaking went away for a short time. just to come back and if you had loose lug nuts your wheel probably woulda fell off already
and btw if you have a wheel bearing problem you will hear a constant noise that will vary on how loud it is by speed so i doubt its that

I probably should of mentioned i switched out my other wheels for my stocks wheel and also reversed the tires to see if the problem was a tire or unbalanced wheel and eliminate other variables. And the wheels i have right now arent bent.
But the warped rotor is something i might check into.

I'm having the same issue. In for some answers

i had the same issue during acceleration and i found out the axle was done. but that was on the half shaft side, due to rust. if your axle is not in balance, same thing would happen.

i think you might probably be right about the axle. i searched and found this thread. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1572264 It sounds a lot like my problem.
excellent! i'll be honest, a vibration during acceleration only is usually an axle so best of luck dude
