Hey guys im finally back to putting on my throttle body, and i have a question about the tension of the cable. should the cable be tight, but not so tight it turns the "cable holder" or am i wrong. i checked my helms but i didnt see it on there

 

Make sure it doesn't have any slack in it so it can't come off. It definitely shouldn't turn the throttle open at all at idle.
