Default 02 sensors B16A

ok so finally got a proper stock mainfold with 2 o2 bungs and put my 1 wire o2 sensors in(car had No 02 sensors for the last 3 months and was getting [cruddy] gas mileage). Now there where 2 wires dangling out of the engine harness there where cut that where both yellow I assumed they where for the 02 sensors. so i connected them up and took the car for a drive. it drove sorta of the same expect sometime when i hold the throttle very still and just cruze and then go to floor it it kind of hesitats then goes. Thought I had them mixed up and switched the 2 wires around and made no difference. I always thought that if you had the wires mixed up the car drives funny. Made no difference witch way I put the wires. I took a power tester to the wires and got no power of it at all(tried reving it and still nothing). not sure how much volt goes threw it but Is there a way to diagnose it with a volt meter? My next best guess is im going to see if it changes my gas mileage at all then if not going to try and wire them straight to the ECU.

any insight or ideas?

yes it is getting CEL sometime under full thortle or just letting off the throtlle after cruzing. I have no idea how to check the codes though on this car.

It only comes on though like once and every while not very often.

Wire your O2 sensors directly to the ECU as shown. Don't forget to clear the codes from your ECU or else you will still have a CEL. If you still have problems it is either bad O2 sensors, bad wiring, or a bad ECU.

k thnx alot Wierd it up right to the ecu. Seems like the previous owner had done something wierd as the wires where spliced into some other random wire. so cut them and spliced them into my wires straight to the 02 sensors. Fired it up and took it for a drive. Car drives much better seems alot more smoother to drive and no hesitating. Took it on the highway though and did some light cruzing and i got a check engine light still. Car drives much better but still randomly getting check engine. I really wish I could figure out how to check codes on this thing but I can't seem to find the plug where you put the paper clip in

If you've got a PR3 ECU it should have a light on the ECU which will blink the code stored with the key in the on position.
