Pooped out some coolant yesterday...damnit.
Hey everyone,
So yesterday i was cruising around doing some errands and i noticed that it smelt like heat. Lo and behold my temp guage is creeping towards the danger zone. So i get the hell back home as quickly, and cool, as possible. Yep, you guessed it, coolant leak, and for me, my 2nd one in about 5 months.
Below are some pictures of what i believe is the culprit. It looks like a hose became disconnected (where's the clamp?). Problem is, despite the hose having nearly no slack, i cannot figure out where it connects to, I'm assuming somewhere on the block. If anyone can identify this hose and point me in a direction of where it should go, i would be most appreciative. Hell, even if it isn't the main problem, it probably should be connected regardless. Thanks again!

Let me know if you guys need anymore pictures. Thanks!

Hmmm, idk. Although i can tell you that the car was running completely normal when it started overheating. I looked down the hose and it looked dry, but it had sat over night.
Any other suggestions? Better yet, does anyone have a helms? Thanks again!

Thanks for the link, that's way handy to have
Anyway, so i came across a set of hoses that seem to resemble what's pictured. Could it be either the water bypass or heater hose? Dunno, will check more into it in the manana.
