Default ow whaStock Sleeves..........

Would anyone happen to know what the highest recorded WHP output is on a D15B7 with stock sleeves? I ask because I havent been able to find anything regarding this and I know not many people build D15B7's so it should be fairly easy to set a record............

I was browsing d-series about two weeks ago when I came across a debate on the same topic. Someone was caliaming with a well thought out build 200 whp was possible. Everyone was calling bullshit when Bissi stepped in a posted dyno charts showing 198 whp and 150 lbs torque on a 1.5 carbed. He siad the block was stock, mainly cam, headwork and tuning. I don't know if thats the highest recorded but thats pretty stout for a 1.5 N/A

The rods are the problem, not the sleeves. The B7 has different rods, and only Crower sells aftermarket ones for it (for a little over $700). The sleeves should hold up well, seeing as how D16Z6's, D15B's, D16Y8's, Y7's & A6's are doing over 400whp with stock sleeves.

The thread that nub mentions was about all motor builds. With forced induction, you can get much higher numbers that 200whp; with the right parts and tune.
