so im looking into making a catch can, but before making my trip to home depot i decided to look over the engine to figure out how its gonna hook up and i cant seem to find a way

i think i see the small black box on the back of the block but it looks like ill have to remove the entire intake/manifold/tb etc

is this neccesary or am i not finding the right thing
