Default jrsc help?

i just picked up a 94 Honda civic with a jrsc, aem fuel rail,dc sports 4-1 header, msd ignition ,aem intake, chipped ecu, looks like stock exhaust with an aerospeed muffler.it also came with an aem adjustable cam gear and new pulley for 12 psi.
runs good until i drive for like 15 minutes then it starts losing power and runs bad under 4k rpm. this is my first sc car. i was told if i got a p28 ecu it would run better. could the exhaust have something to do with it? how much is a tune if needed?

o wow I can't believe noone has answered this. A tune is 100% needed, if you try and run a supercharger on a stock ecu you will blow your motor asap. Get it tuned before driving it.

edit: I see you have a chipped ecu, I would talk to the original owner and find out what it is tuned for/ what's on the chip as it may already be tuned.

Doesn't jackson racing supply its own management system with the kits? im pretty sure if you look around you could find one.
