Default Taillight problem

Okay I'm having problems with my taillights. I have brake lights but no taillights. I checked all fuses and couldn't find a blown fuse or anything. I have headlights as well but no running lights. not sure what the problem is. Its a 97 civic ex.

I've checked over three or so times. None are blown unless I'm missing the fuse. But I'm not sure which fuse it would be.

I have the same problem, but one tail light doesn't work... I installed brand new bulbs, so it must be in the wiring...

Thats what I think it is but not sure where on the wiring to check. Any one have any ideas. or any idea on which fuses it could possible be in car or under hood.

That fuse isn't blown and is in the car. I have basically the same print out in my car as I was missing a bunch of fuses. I replaced just about ever fuse and put in the fuses that I needed. Thanks for that link has more than my print out.

not sure about that. I'm going out right now to check the fuses and make sure everything with the fuses are straight. but I'm pretty sure the license plate lights are working
