broken bolt problems

broken bolt problems. NEED HELP ASAP!!!!
maybe one hour ago i started to change the cam plug/seal and when i started to remove the cam plate i noticed the bolts were way over torqued but i managed to take them all off except for two of them the first one i did the drill and tap and it came out but the second one just dont wanna come out, it is just way too stuck!!! What are my other options???
