To run 225 up front you will need to run at least -3 camber and a slight fender roll. 205/50/15 Azenis will be fine.

What suspension you running on? how much are u lowered? , if you are lower, 45 - 50 series tire would be good imo. Depending how low you are, you might need to roll your fenders, maybe take off wheel wall if you don't want to rub, f&r camber kit..and/or get 40 series tires imo. 225 is good if is allowed at autox like the other guys said.

If you're not running an R-compound tire (race tire, basically), then any street wider than a 205 will behave like crap on the OEM 15x6" wheels. R-comps have seriously stiff sidewalls that aloow them to work OK on skinny wheels. Street tires do not.
Actually, the wider 205 street tires are really too wide for a 6" wheel. They'll work, but handling will be extremely sloppy.
The best tire, right now, for the OEM wheel is the Dunlop Direzza Star-Spec 195/55/15. Anything else wider and you can forget about a car that transitions well or has good turn-in.

Those using 225 treadwidth tires for autocross are using 225/45-15. And the stock 15x6 wheel size is too narrow for that size, which is approved only for wheels 7.0-8.5 inches wide.
I assume the competitive autocrossers are using the Hoosier A6 in that size.
If you're not going to get the Hoosier A6 (along with suitably wider wheels to use them on), then you may as well get the Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec in 195/55-15 for the stock wheels. It's faster than the Azenis in 205/50-15 (and way faster than the R-S2), and the Star Spec fits better on a 15x6. It's nicely priced at $86/tire at the Tire Rack, and right now you can get $40 off on a set of Hawk brake pads (or $80 off on two sets) when you buy a set of these tires. It's a great choice for a turbo car.
