08 Coupe: AUX plays in mono
Whenever I plug anything into my AUX port, I only get audio from my left speaker. I know it''s the input because I also tried the FM and XM settings (I did not have any CDs on me at the time), as well as several audio devices on the AUX. Is this normal?
If so, that is freaking retarded.

it shouldnt be doing that... i use my ipod in my car and its fine.... best guess would be your plug to your source is bad....
that or the aux jack is bad...but i doubt it

i'm actually having the same problem with my 08 Coupe. I think we should get it checked out by the Honda dealer, my car should still be under warranty.
might be the length of the plug....the metal portion that plugs into the aux....the contact for the left and right might be off ever so slighty and you only get the left side to play.... try slowly pulling/pushing the plug in/out of the aux port...GL.
Let me elaborate.
If you have a monophonic (single channel) cable instead of a stereo cable, the sound will only be audible on the left side and sound like you are listening to an AM station. We learned this the hard way, when I was up in Alaska, and to make things worse, our rental was a p.o.s. 2008 Avenger with hard plastic everywhere.
