Any ipod adapters out there that charge the 3G iphone?
I actually prefer controlling the action from the i-phone, itself. I just want an adapter that will CHARGE the phone when it's working.
One option, is to simply use a unit that plugs into the earphone jack, and charger it from the bottom plug. However, that kind of ties up the unit with two cords, which is kind of a PITA.
Is there ANYTHING out there that will charge the 3G i-phone???
Thanks!

USA Spec's adapter will do this if you have the 3G cable they just released. I haven't updated mine yet, but I almost never plug my phone into it (have an old 30GB iPod photo that's left attached.) The 3G phone will play and can be controlled (via radio/wheel controls or the phone's touchscreen) with the old cable, just won't charge.
