I just bought a cat back exhaust, and it looks very well put together. Includes JDM N1 muffler.

I had it proffessionally installed, but it seems as though I have a problem.

The exhaust is scraping, grinding, and banging against the rear (control arm I guess its called). Its super bad when hitting bumps.

I also noticed where I bought it, the picture shows the exhaust coming out the drivers side, but mine comes out the passenger, could this be the issue?

Any help would be appreciated, not sure what to do from here.
