Hi I have a 92 honda civic hatch with a B18a1 engine in it. I like to make it Ls Vtec but I also have a B16a complete engine and I'm not sure if I should do the Ls Vtec or put in the B16a instead.. what can I make the most power out of?? any suggestions???

You can most certainly make more power out of an LSV than out of a B16A.
You need to figure out what exact components you plan on using for the LSV should you go that route.

if you would rather go lsv then you have all the components you need. rebuild the bottom end of your ls with your b16 pistons, swap the b16 head on with a golden eagle kit, convert your vtec compenents, upgrade your cam gears, intake manifold, add some injectors and youre good to go.
but i would just simply swap in the b16, boost it, and call it a day.

Ok OK!! I've decided based on your feedback to just drop the B16a in it and call it a Day,lol Now I friend told me I can only do 10-12 PSI with stock pistons.. Now Is it possible to use LS Pistons with B16a connecting rods instead of using B16 pistons to get higher PSI's..??? If I have to Bore the block for that then I rather keep it with its stock pistons...
