Default Need some help with a Motor setup

Hey guys i want to do a all motor 97 Integra LS setup and had a few questions because i know nada about how to start compared to a turbo setup. I thinking somthing like this

Brian Crower Stage 2 or 3 cams with retainers
Brian crower stroker kit to 2.1
around 11.1 CR

I need some ideas how to set up my car my goal is around 225-275.
how much would this run for about and what would acceleration time 0-60 be compared to stock Integra? i figure about 3,000 to 4,000?

is that possible or would it have to be LS-Vtec? Is this legal in cali?

I know a turbo would be Maybe cheaper? turbo kit alone would be about 3,000, plus building the head around 1,000-2,000 more.

around 190 at 7 psi?

Only reason i hate a turbo idea is i want a fun everyday car, and i will be auto crossing with it, all motor will be better then a turbo with the lag.

Please i need suggestings!

hitting 225 with be rough all motor. i think you should just shoot for like ~200 all motor. youll need a vtec head, some ctr/itr pistons, a good machine shop, and a little luck.

I vote you do nothing because you're in cali and there is no way you can even touch 200whp and still pass smog all motor. If you were going all motor your best bet would be ls-v and I dont think cali is too fond of those either.

For a fun everyday car you do not need 225-275, an LS-Vtec setup will be more then enough for what you want. Lower your goal to 200 and go LS-Vtec.

I,ve seen the optional 92 and 95mm cranks that are often used in drag type setups. If I were to build a 2.1 bored/stroked LS/Vtec I'd want to use the B18/B20 DART block with the added deckheight. This option would allow you to use longer rods, giving you a better rod/stroke ratio for high revving and daily driving.

Throw on a set of ITB's and supporting mods and you have a kick *** All Motor setup that would put you well within your goals. Take a look at Endyns website, theres alot of well documented info on NA builds there.
