THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

as of right now running neptune rtp and no codes because i disabled a couple sensors...

im going to pop in my p75 and pull the codes in a second...

in idle i can rev the car well past 7k

the motor is VERY healthy.. no smoke or anything.. and sounds nice and strong..

as soon as i put the car into gear.. and drive.. it runs and drives fine and i can go through all the gears if i stay under ~2500 rpm but the second i go over that it falls FLAT on its face!

its not really a rev limiter type of deal.. its as if its not getting fuel or something.. i cant explain it.. the engine looses power.. and the longer you hold it down the worse it gets but the car never shuts off!!!

will report back with the cels when i toss on my p75 in a sec...

i did the wiring (hopefully not a wiring issue)

xenocron obd0 to obd1 conversion
neptune rtp

does the same thing with my p75 ls ecu
same thing with my friends chipped p72

nvm.. neptune rtp didnt show the code but my p75 did...

Code 45 Fuel supply metering

what does that mean!

sounds like bad fual pump/fual pressure regulator...

ok so i changed the fpr.. and the car ran and drove perfect.. for a couple rippers.. couple burn outs.. then it acted up again.. i put my old fpr back on and it was fine again for a couple rippers and a drive arround the block then it acted up again...

if i release the pressure in the fuel lines then tighten the fpr back up it will run and drive fine for like 2 minutes..

so im guessing a problem with the fuel return line??? lol

or did i change out my fpr with another bad one? i got it from the junkyard..

i would say check fuel pressure.. might be dirty fuel filter....or pump screen on bottom of fuel pump...or a return line kink........g/l

yeah, did you drive through a herd of pigeons lately without your air filter on?

has your fuel filter ever been changed?

fuel filter was changed when i did the swap

i need to get a camera to show what it does..

how can you tell the difference between ignition cut out and fuel cut out?

decided to drop the tank tomorrow to see whats going on with the fuel pump/gas tank/return line

ill check this one more time tomorrow for any other suggestions (really dont feel like dropping the tank..)
