Cluster lights won't stay on
When I turn my head lights on (on the turn signal stalk) the cluster lights don't come one and the clock stays bright (doesn't dim). If I play with it for a minute or two I can get the lights to come on. I'm assuming there is a bad connection somewhere in the turn signal stalk and was wondering if anyone has seen this problem before and what they did to fix it?
i just replaced my bulbs behind my cluster and they were doing the same thing. seemed like they were shorting out. i just pulled the bulbs and GENTLY bent the connections in the bulb harness, 4 small pieces of metal the bulb slides into, together to create a tighter connection and problem solved. like snyper said. check your bulbs and their connections.
K, will do. But all the bulbs having a bad connection? and all the bulbs correcting the bad connection when I adjust the headlight switch on the stalk? I'll check it tonight, I've also got a spare stalk I may plug that up and see if it fixes the problem. I can at least localize the issue to one spot.
Thanks Guys!!!
