im not suree what i need to do

my 95 LS wen u turn on revs up and down for about forever and wen i drive and make a stop just revs at 2,000 rpm and stays till i drive then does it again any suggestions this just started.
just got the motor complete rebuilt and installed ive just put in about 700-800 miles on it in about 1 mo and a 1/2
any thoughts??????? thanxx

sounds like a tps (throttle positioning sensor)

try cleaning your IACV (idle air control valve)or replacing it...thats usually the culprit for fluctuating idles
