will d16z6 wiring harness work on a d15b ? it is for a 95 civic

It should. but remember to use your original wire harness that came with the car and retro fit it into the new motor your swapping in.

If its a JDM D15B vtec use whatever header/manifold is in better shape, if its non-vtec then i'd just reuse the old Z6 manifold.

Yes, the factory manifold and downpipe are identical between the two.
