No you can use the integra lca's BUT you do have to use the compensator arms off of the EF they are what adjusts the toe in and toe out they are longer on the intergra and also if you would have unbolted those from the trailing arm instead of the body you may not have needed an alignment.

I have the same issue with my EF. I swapped everything from a DA. Can I just get a camber kit to remedy the compensator arm. My rear wheels look like there going inward. Somebody help

Just got done with this swap myself and had the same exact problem. Integra compensator arms are too short, sucking the wheels in. Use the EF compensator arms and get the allignment set. You'll be golden like a shower.

Camber kit wouldnt help considering thats for camber and you have a toe problem either get the stock compensator arms or they do make adjustable compensator arms (not sure who makes them, where to get them, or price) but best bet just get a set of the original compensator arms hell I may even have a set

Summary:
-DA rear LCA's (for use with DA swaybar)
-Integra RTA's
--Need to use EF civic compensator arm (toe arm at front of RtA) to allow for proper toe
because the DA one is too short!

To put it in simple terms: Mess with the suspension, and you mess with the alignment.
They measure your alignment in tenths of degrees and 1/16ths of an inch. It's pretty hard to get it exactly where it originally was.

Thanks for contributing absolutely nothing to this thread.
i dont even need to read the rest:
Bet you used the integra toe arms. your supposed to use your ef toe arms for the correct toe. the other toe arms are too short

Nice job. If you bothered to read the thread you would see that this was already determine to be the cause and it was determined over 2 years ago. You're just a bit late.
EF toe link: 17cm
DC/DA toe link: 14cm
EF/DC/DA/EG LCA: 34cm (end to end holes, shock mount is further inboard on DA lca which doesnt affect alignment)
fWIW
