Default BLOX CAM Question, Stage 1 VS Type A

Hello guys

From the BLOX Racing Website
http://bloxracing.com/prod_camshafts.asp

There is a TYPE A and Stage 1 Camshaft for the B Series.

type A has the following spec:
Intake (lift / duration)
0.462" / 247
Exhaust (lift / duration)
0.420" / 239

and stage 1 has the following:
Intake (lift / duration)
11.9mm / 264
Exhaust (lift / duration)
11.0mm / 259

Anyone has any idea which cam should be the better choice?
I have a B16A Engine.
Hytech Replica header
2 1/2" Exhaust
Sri

MIGHT be doing a CRVtek

Lift on the stage 1 is greater than the Blox A.

The stage 1 will require aftermarket springs and retainer.

I've had success with the Blox A's.

Here's a couple of my dyno threads

I was under the impression that Blox's main line of cams were "type" cams, not "stage", this jumbles things up a bit.

I'm not saying that the fact that they are "type" and not "stage" changes specs or anything, but the line of cams that has nearly identical specs to the Stage 1-3 Skunk2 cams are the "type" A-C's from Blox correct? I thought the whole point of naming their main line type was to differentiate themselves from Skunk2, and any following accusations that they copied their cams...

1) they did copy they're cams
2) i believe they do infact use Type a - c to be = to skunk2's stage 1-3.. however i've seen many cases where the measurements are different..

Yea, it's weird how they have two subcategories, not including the turbo cams, in their "Tuner" series though.
