it all depends on what your goal is and what type of budget is. I run TWM itb's on my race car and my street car.

the general rule of thumb is if you have to ask then your not ready for itb's.
What's your setup?
Search...there are plenty of threads by me, d-rod, and integra-typer dealing with itbs and a decent amount of tech.
Until then I suggest you stick to a professional proxy ts 68mm tb.

Both Mike and I run AEM EMS' with our ITB setups. You cannot go wrong with Kinsler ITBs:

Better fuel atomization. Formula One cars use a similar setup.

Thank's Bisi. I also run a Hondata s300 on my street car and both ems system's work great. I would also recomend getting a set of TWM itb's. Check them out http://www.twminductions.com I also run the top feed injection on my Racecar. You can't use any filter, fuel shoots into the horn and that's how it runs.
