Here is the deal. I posted about a year ago after I did a rear disc swap on my 88 Si about uneven pad wear. Basically after I swapped the rear trailing, the pads completely wore on the top (or maybe it was the bottom) and the bottom part (or maybe it was the top) was still pretty new. They wore to the point of ruining the rotors.
I thought it might have been bad calipers on the swap I purchased, so just last month I put on new pads, new rotors, and new calipers, and I seem to have the same problem happening again.
Any idea what could be going on creating the uneven wear?

make sure the calipers slide freely in the grooves on the brackets (where the shiny metal clips are). if the top and bottom can't move at the same time, one end of the pad will clamp down and the other will hang and not wear evenly.

Thats what I was thinking all along. What could the deal be? I am guessing that maybe it is adjusted too tight and that could be causing the problem.
thanks for the reply.

I am thinking it has to be with the ebrake because everything else has been replaced and that is the only part left from the original swap.
Looks like I have something to do tomorrow now besides

Basically it feels like the rotor is really warped. When I slowly brake for like a light, you can feel the pad grab and then it feels like it's releasing quickly and grabbing again. No vibration at all. Just feels a little off.

That I don't know about. How do I check those? Do you do it the same way as the fronts? Lift the rear off the ground and give the wheel a tug to check for movement?

Lift the rear end, spin the wheels, listen for noise, check for play.
I did my rear disc swap recently and have no issues. I have brand new everything so it works out pretty well. Good luck.
