Rear Calipers seized?
The previous owner of my car did rear disc swap on the car and says the brakes worked fine when he put them on but I find that hard to believe considering the pad wear and tear. Anyways the problem is I got Hawk pads for the front and back, front went in fine but when I tried to put them in the rear calipers I can't get the piston to go in far enough for them to fit.
The left rear caliper piston goes in, but not far enough to get both pads in and fit around the rotor, those pads were completely worn down. The right rear caliper piston won't move at all, and those pads were perfectly fine and looked brand new. Any suggestions or thoughts on what may be wrong, and how to fix it if possible? Yes, I know the rear ones screw in unlike the front.
Edit: the calipers are Nissin.
