Default Eibach bumpstop question

I posted awhile back about my 98 Accord squeaking after installing the Eibach Pro Kit (springs and struts). I took it to several shops to find out what it was and one finally got it right. It's the strut bumpstop. My bumpstops are in constant "bottom out" mode lol. He jacked the car up and showed me. When he let it down you could clearly see the car kept going until it was resting on the bumpstops of the strut. Does anyone know if it is supposed to sit on them normally? That's where the squeaking is coming from. The shaft of the strut moving through the bumpstop. It's really annoying. Any help would be more than great! Thanks all!

no its not supposed to sit on the bump stops, do you have lowering springs or cut/heated springs?

I called them and they told me that it is supposed to be like that and that the bumpstops have enough give so as to not ride really rough. And no I do not have heated springs, I have all Eibach junk.
