i just did a compression test on my ITR and it came out 210 psi dead on in all 4 cylinders. Is this about average. What have you been getting?

 

Remember that your readings may be higher or lower than someone elses due to differences in gauges and attachments.
As for 210 across all 4, sounds great to me. You are looking for consistancy across all 4, not necessairly high numbers...

mine was 210, 211, 210, 220....
and everybody said they were fine so....

 

I did one on my friend's 2001 itr showed 230psi across all four cylinders. Stock Head stock block

 

I had 210 across the board on my 98R as well and was told it was good as well.

 

230 is a little high for a stock itr. 210 is the average compression i've seen on stock itr's at the local shop.
