Can the MAP sensor go bad without CEL?
I am having surging idle problem and I have tried almost everything. Now I am thinking either bad sensor or a vacuum leak somewhere.
I am not getting any CEL related to the sensor. The only code I got was p0170.
My question is can the sensor go bad without throwing any codes?
How can I test the sensor?
