I've taken off the subframe and i have also taken out the torsion bars(not pictured). What do i have to do next to lower my suspension?

well, technically you should buy stiffer torsien bars. anyways, if you slide the t-bars out of the tubes, which you really didn't need to drop the subframe, they are splined like axles. all you have to do is rotate ONE SIDE OF THE TORSIEN BAR like 1-2 splines, then insert.

there are adjustment nuts on the torque tubes of the t-bars that you then use for "fine adjustment". but if you don't replace the t-bars with something stiffer from upgrademotoring.com, then the ride will suck.

thanks for the help.

Yah i had to drop the subframe because the oil pan was in the way of the driver side t-bar. But Do u have to cut new splines? Sorry, but is a spline the gap like part on the threads? And which way do i move it over?

Sorry, but i'm really new to this whole torsion bar thing

you're talking about the "keyway". yes you have to grind a new one. not too hard with a dremel.
