Default Header and exhaust advice?

On my CW ITR I've got a B16B bottom end with Spoon ITR crank and rods and with Arias 12:1 cp 84mm bore pistons making it close to a 2000cc motor. The head has a mild port and polish with Spoon cams.

Anybody have any suggestions on header and exhaust setup? Looking for something with good gains, is quiet and on a budget. I know those 3 things don't go in the same sentence but anybody have any suggestions with a compromise of the 3 requirements?

You want gains, and quiet? Take budget out...

SMSP header and Hytech Exhaust.

Hytech header and TL exhaust. Match it with a Mugen intake and you are all set.

To add to that.......Remove SMSP header, save alot of time, money and aggravation and substitute a TODA in there.
Just make sure you start with a Mugen intake.

That makes no sense. The best is the best. Toda is close to SMS and Hytech, but not better.

Sure it does. Nobody has mentioned best and TODA saves alot of time, money and aggravation. OP actually mentions budget.

Well if your gonna spend 900 on a header you mine as well spend 1200. Waiting on SMS is not a big deal because he tells you how long its gonna be, keeps you in the loop, and you know ur getting the best. Hytech......different story. Thats why I recommend USED hytech exhaust!

Isn't the RM01A only 2.25"? Nice exhaust but if that's the case I would rather spend the same amount of money for a 2.5"
