My b18b swap is acting up now. Its been fine for a year and a half now. All of sudden starting yesterday, everytime I crank my car up(initially), it misfires and immediately dies!! Then I recrank it and it starts fine. What could be the possible problem?? Spark plugs/wires? Its been running fine for the last year.

either the fuel injectors are leaking fuel intot he engine when shut off, which would be indicated by zero pressure after sitting, and it having a long crank time until it fired due to no pressure in the line, ro the ehad gasket could be leaking, and it is stumbling ont he coolant that is in the cylenders after shut off.
