we just got a habanero into the shop with leather si seats. with the red stitch and the logos and everything. the car is from w. virginia. it looks nice.

i guess my question is how many of you have this "upgrade" and how much extra did it cost? post pics if you have em.

 

its an option for the 08.

im asking how much it cost as an "option". and if anyone has any nice pics of their interior.

 

they might be custom because as far as I know I think they only come in EX-L 4 door , they look nice

 

no its not custom. its a factory option. if the car is stil here later, ill try and bring my camera and get some pics.

 

it's not a factory option. some dealers will have an aftermarket company redo the seats in leather. honda doesn't do it.

i know my dealership had no idea, thats why i was trying to find out. possibly get a part number and swap. makes sense though, vladd. thanks

 

I seen them as well looked really nice on the habanero as well and that one was in ohio.

surely an outside outfit handled the job for the dealership. very common.

The leather option is not presented in the brochures or the website even as an option for 08's.

 

there are several dealerships that will offer leather upgrades through a 3rd party. An upgrade i'd consider in an ex or lx model, but I enjoy the finish in the Si too much to swap for leather.

 

The leather option is only for the '08 EX-L. It will be on option for the 2009 Si and Hybrid.

Correct. It definitely wasn't an option on my '08. Not that I would get leather anyway.
