Default VERY bad Idle after camshaft degreed right.

Just popped in som Bc3+ camshafts, valvesprings, camgears & retainers.
Degreed like the paper that followed..

When i start the car i dont have any idle at all it stalls when im not reving it. the car sounds like a Subaru Impreza.
timing is set at 15 degrees.

when i rev it past 2000 rpm it sound great again.

My thougt is that its running rich..

Do u guys think a new reflash of the P30 will make it idle like it should? we are using crome..
the car idled perfect before the cams were degreed.

thnx in advice

- Fredrik

timing is set at 15* which way? retarded or advanced? i think if you retarded it 15* it might do that.

as for it sounding like a subi, it could be the fact that you have an aggressive camshaft in now and your idle is loping.

try raising your idle via the idle adjustment screw, and check your timing.

not possible for most honda cams out there and certainly not possible when using BC 3's. I'd say something went wrong when he degreed them.

BC3's are not agressive enough on the promary lobes to cause a lumpy/poor idle.

either you have them degreed wrong and/or the timing belt is off a tooth.

BC3+ cams idle like a STD cam even on a STD ECU you have something wrong somewhere.

im going to contradict myself to answer you.
i doubt the degree is effecting that.

however you do need to make sure you're timing is 100% spot on.

and your valves SHOULD NOT be set to honda specs! they should be set to specs, specified by buddy club, that cam with the shafts.

How did you degree the cams? I have seen the BC spec sheets wrong.
