This problem has begun to bother me badly lately. Every now and then i will get a huge cloud of smoke come from my motor on start up,its more of a light grey/light blue tint. Of course because of the tint i though valve stem seals, but wouldnt it smoke on every start up then?? As stated sometimes there is no smoke at all, other there is a huge cloud, normally after i have been driving for a while and i let the car sit for about 30-45 minutes.............any other possible ideas rather than valve stem seams??

I would have guessed valve stem seals. What about when you first start it in the morning, does it always puff smoke then?
My old Camry used to do that. It was a common known issue w/ the valve stem seals.

I'd have to vote valve stem seals, Hondas, especially VTEC motors have tons of oil up in the head and if you have even slightly worn seals they will seep sometimes. Might want to also check your oil drainback holes for clogging, if they are restricted that may be your issue too.
