I was doing some thinking last night along with a couple beers so forgive me if this is a dumb ?..
My low beam headlights on my 94 suck, I have used the headlight polish and got the lenses clear as hell and looking good but I hate that projector beam. Is it possible to take a set of the regular hi beam housings/lights from another teg and replace the low beam with hi beam, only using a lower wattage bulb so as to not blind others??
I haven't pulled the headlight assembly out yet so this may not even be possible but wanted to ask...

That would take a ton of work, and it probably wouldn't work very well.
Besides, projectors are superior to reflectors anyway. In the time it takes to do your idea, you could retrofit some HID projectors in there. It would basically be the same process as trying to mount high beam reflectors in place of the stock halogen projector.
