Any one that knows what they're doing will do it in around 1 hour. 6 hours is what a shop charges- because they can. If the car is already lifetd and supported by jack stands, all the timing covers are off, the valve cover is off, and the drivers motor mount is removed, then Yes..it could be done in 1 hour. .. Simply remove and replace, align at TDC, tension belt, and your done.

Wow.....

Am I supposed to be impressed?

Its about 5 hours of labor is what you get charged at a shop.

Correct anywhere inbetween 500 to 1000 bucks depending on where you go.

Last time I did on it took me a good 3 hours of work.

I perfer to do it while its in the car. Unless you have air tools and or that crank pulley remover tool, its super pain in the *** to get that crank pulley bolt out without having the motor floating all over floor.

I had to have 3 people hold the motor still when taking that bolt off for the first time.

wow... you are all lame... who really cares how long it take.... i got three estimates and they ranged fro 350 to 468...
and only 3-3 hours of work...
you got totally jipped if you would pay 600 buks for six hours.
