I accidently turn the safety lock on, on the passenger side back door of my 1995 four door integra while cleaning it. Now i can not get it open. Is there a way to flip the saftey lock off with the rear door closed. I have searched, anyone have a idea?
I thought the safety lock simply disabled the inside door handle. Is you exterior handle broken?
I have not seen this, but could you pull the rear seat cushion and slide something into the door gap to flip the switch?

Dude, he aint talking about a keyhole! lol
I used to have a DB8. The only way you wouldn't be able to open the door if the child safety lock is "on", is if your door handle is shaved. Otherwise you'd be able to open it from the outside handle. Duhhhhhhhh!?!?!?

Ok... I can not get this door open still. the exterior handle is not broke. No i do not have shaved door handles
. And i have tried sliding numorous things inbetween the door jam and it still won't open. Is there any way to unlock it besides trying to wedge something between the door jams????

if it does not open from the outside handle then the latch must be jammed/broken. or the handle is broken and you did not notice it before.
the child saftey lock is only to lock out the inside door handle.

I can tell when I lift the door handle that the lever is still connected.
