Yup, Probably seriously [freak]ed Up My Engine Today
So this morning I'm making my way towards work. I notice my Car is smoking pretty bad and I hear a wicked loud ticking/squealing noise coming from the drivers side of my Engine. The Car then starts to run like absolute ****. I pull over turn off the car and pop the hood. Tons of smoking coming from the motor. Couldn't pin point exactly where it was coming from. Called my girl to come pick me up and I had her start the car so i can try to see where the noise is coming from. Car barely started, and when it did, it ran even worse and still made the squealing sound. Its definitely coming from the timing belt area. Smoking like a bastard and oil ALL over the place. I got it towed home and called a local reputable shop and talked to one of the tuners. Explained the situation, even started the car for a sec so he can hear. He said it sounds pretty serious. Thinks it might be a rod bearing or rings. VTEC hasn't been engaging in my car lately and He thinks that somethings wrong inside the block that is causing low oil pressure. He said best bet is to pull the motor and send the block and possibly the head to get checked out. Might need new rings or bearings. Doesn't think there is an issue with the head from what I've told Him. Timing belt isn't loose or torn up either. I really just don't know.
So i took most of the engine apart disconnecting everything and getting it ready to be pulled and noticed that my knock sensor doesn't even exist. The plug is hooked up but the wires are mysteriously ripped out of the plug. Maybe that has something to do with it? I just don't know what the problem is. I don't have the money to fix major problems so I'm just crossing my fingers that its something simple.
Any ideas?

theres oil on the outside the engine all over? sounds like you may have put a crack in the block....with low oil pressure its possible your spun a rod and ive seen it put some descent size cracks even holes in the block...where is the oil coming from exactly or you cant see it?

It's possible that the oil pump went bad. That would explain the sound coming from the drivers side as well as extra strain on the engine (if it wasn't turning properly), and low fuel pressure. Find out where that oil is coming from and I bet you'll find your problem.
also with your knock sensor wiring gone completly that would explain the v-tec not kicking in as it needs to see the sensor or it needs a block out done, so that sounds like the cause for your v-tech problem previous to the oh **** problem u now have. if this is wrong srry i tried
Update!
So today I wasn't able to pull the entire Motor out but I did remove the head. First off, when I removed the Valve Cover, there was some slimey substance sticking to the top of it, yellowish in color. Maybe oil and Water? Second, one of the Camshaft Cover Bolts is snapped in the Head. Third, the ARP Headstuds that were ALL pretty loose. Why? I don't know. Pulled the Head off and the Headgasket appears to actually be in good condition. Pulled the Head off the Block and what I can see of the Valves appear to be great. I sprayed some Carb Cleaner into the Ports and did not see any leak through the Valves. So I suppose there isn't any Valve Damage and the Valves are seating correctly. Piston Walls seem to be in good condition too. Tops of the Pistons do have a good amount of black build-up on them though. And I still can't see where all the oil was spilling from. I won't be able to pull the Motor till next Weekend so i'll know more then.
So far, I know I'll need new ARP Headstuds, Headgasket, and Timing Belt. Not bad . . . .so far lol
I also pulled out the entire Engine Harness and I'm going to clean up the Wires and re-wrap them with better loom.
