how much does it usually cost to pull the front bumper frame part?
cause my hood and bumper dont alight right cause its salvaged.
I went to a guy that will charge me $250 to pull the frame
and align my hood, fenders, and bumper.

what shop did you go to, i have the same problem due to an accident and the company fixed the OEM front, but i did front end conversion and bumper and the hood don't line up. i need a shop too 250 sounds like a great price.
Depending on what it is that is bent you might not need a frame machine take some measurments and make sure the front end x's out. Measure from the hood hinge bolt hole to a hole for the light or something else up there make sure there is a hole that is symetrical to it on the same side and measure it should be the same thre is only a 3mm allowance then measure from the hinge bolt to the same side light bolt they should also be the same it will tell you a lot if one side is way shorter then the other. Its hard for me to explain but hopefully this will help if you know a tech ask if they can tram out your front end.
