If it smokes around the head itself you may want to fix your cam tming so the pistons aren't hitting the valves.

If it's smoking from the rear exhaust then you should see if your coolant is mixing with your oil.

Sounds to me like you either screwed up the install or the head has bad valve seals/guides.

You changed the head because it smoked? You didn't do a compression check or look into the piston rings? You might be due for a new block too.

If valve to piston contact already occured what good will adjusting the cams do? Assuming the OP even has adjustable cam gears.

i think i figured it out when i put a new head on my car i also installed a new oil pressure gauge and it came with a plastic oil line and that line blew off i think it did some damage cause there was not a problem until that happen

This was what happened when i didn't set the timing right the first time I did a t-belt install. The timing was off more than slightly...

After fixing the timing without letting the engine run more than the time in the video, everything was fine and compression is still in spec.

Improper belt installation and valve to piston contact are 2 totally different problem. Sure one can lead to the other, but like I said earlier, if valve to piston contact already occured, what good will adjusting timing do?
